  BEWARE!! We rented a house from shelly last year. First impression they seem kind and willing to do anything to help, however this is not the case. The house we rented had several issues that we were promised would be resolved prior to our move in, but because we were moving in rather quickly, we understood if some of it did not get taken care of right away. As soon as they had our money in hand and we were moved in, they did nothing for us. Our exhaust fan broke in the bathroom, the wiring to the lighting was faulty and the lights would routinely shut off during a shower, which they never fixed for us outside of telling us to replace light bulbs. We had a leak in the ceiling for the entire time we rented that they claimed to have fixed multiple times and accused me of making the leak up whenever I called. There was also a garage I'm the back that was falling over that we were promised would be knocked down and removed, however they did not knock it down before we moved in and still to this day have not knocked it down. That garage was a safety hazard to us and the neighborhood! Not to mention that we paid our rent in full in advance and moved out early, giving them permission to try and rent the house early, in hopes of getting some of our rent back. Not only did they rent the house out and NOT tell us that they had done so but they refuse to refund us money for the rest of our lease and forced us to pay utilities while other people lived there. Complete slum lord! Not to mention, I'm a military spouse who only needed to rent to complete my degree. Apparently they don't care about our service members or their families.

  I highly recommend Svihla & Associates! Everyone there is so sweet! They are very happy to answer any questions you may have. They take their time with each client. They take the time to get to know each client by name. If you're looking for a new CPA I would definitely give them a chance! You won't be disappointed!

  My Husband called Crapo on Monday for a multi Vehicle policy quote and here it is Friday morning and still no call back with the quote!!!! I even called them on Wednesday and was told they was in a meeting and would return my call still waiting, needless to say I will not be doing business with this company!!! Not recommending them to anyone....and I only gave 1 star because I had to!!!
